Here's my rendition of Brigadefuhrer Hermann PrieB
                             24 May, 1901 -2 Feb, 1985

He was head of the 3rd SS Division Totenkopf amd 1st SS Panzerkorps " Leibstandarte".
He's the DML figure Andreas Zillmer, uniform is 3R officer's cap DML, boots DML, metals DiD.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Thanks Mike, just want to put somethings up. Next week Friday is my surgery day( total knee again).
Not really up for it at the moment, I'll be down for quite some time. Looking at about 2 to 3 before I can start to walking on it at least....

Ken the figure looks really good. I just have one question. Where did you find his listing as a Commander of the 1st ss L.A H. None of the books I have list him. Just Courious.

Looks like he had a very interesting career. Commander of Totenkopf until June 1944. Then commanded XIII ss army Pz corps until October 1944 and finally Succeeded Detrich when he was given command of the 6 Pz Army. Commanded the 1ss Pz corps during the Battle of the Budge and stayed its commander until the end of the war. As far as I can tell He always remained loyal Totenkopf because he always wore their cuff band. I think I may have one if you need it.

Ken found some more info about your Priess fig. The 1st SS Pz corps contained these units for "Wacht am Rhein". 1st ss L.A.H., 12th ss Pz Div. Hitler Jugend, 277 VGD, The unit found to be responsible for the Malmedy Massacre. 12th VGD. Skorzeny's Pz Brigade 150 and the 3rd Parachute Div. He was prosecuted for the Malmedy Massacre.
