I love your Luftwaffe! These aircraft are fantastic! The Collings Foundation has a Storch that flies. I have seen it fly several times last October at an open house, re enactment. Yours looks great,.

A friend of my Brothers in Orgeon got to fly one in Germany a few years back. He said it was a blast and very easy as soon as you got use to how slow it flies.

I am envious of him (not that I can Pilot a plane), but to have gone for a ride in one! When I saw the Collings Storch, I could NOT get over how slow it does fly! I was so afraid that it was going too stall out and crash right in front of us!

Always loved the Stuka. About a hundred years ago, I did basic training with a German kid (we were all kids once) and this kid was in the Army to become a citizen. His Dad had been a Stuka pilot in WW2 and his picture in his German pilot uniform, next to his plane was on his locker door always fascinated me. Since I had two Uncles that had been in the Infantry in Europe, I always wondered if they had crossed paths.

These days, I'm satisfied with a 21C 1/18 Stuka.

Charlie, I have one of those too. I can use it in the background to look like they are together in flight.
