New Section for those in the Hobby, that have Passed away.

Post by mutt71 on Sat Aug 16, 2014 7:15 pm

Seeing how Mike Stannard has passed away, maybe we should have a section of the board for these announcements?

Also, When I post on threads, my typing is Black on very dark gray. But, Posting this at this time, the type is MUCH more readable as it is showing what I type in a much lighter color, that is great to be able to see. I hope that there is some way to use this color for all postings. Keeping my fingers crossed on this!

Thanks!

Mike,
I've been thinking about my proposal for a new section. I would suggest an "In Memoriam". How does that sound, or a different title by all means. Just a thought. I am sure that there will be more people in the Hobby, like Mike Stannard, that have passed and we don't want to have them forgotten, by Members of this board. Keeping them together in one section would accomplish this.

The way I look at this board, we are a TEAM. Mike made the call. I am sure that others were thinking along the same lines.
